2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the play77 Platform. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions are made. play77 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC document verification.
2.2 Residency. play77's Services are primarily directed at players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not contravene any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not be under guardianship, legal incompetence, or any court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from contracting.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts for the same person — whether under the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the Services, you must complete the play77 registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and not misleading. play77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify play77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point determined necessary by the play77 compliance team, you will be required to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM), accompanied by a proof of address dated within 90 days. Failure to complete KYC within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.
3.5 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Funds within it to another party.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 25.000. play77 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods with prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) are processed within 1–5 minutes during banking hours. play77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed within a target timeframe of under 30 minutes for verified Accounts during operational hours (00:00–23:59 WIB, subject to scheduled maintenance windows). Withdrawal requests submitted during maintenance periods will be processed upon resumption of normal operations.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to the Player upon request or as displayed in the Account interface.
4.6 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. For security and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the play77 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.7 Currency. All balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on the play77 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No foreign currency conversions are applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by play77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) and eligible game types will be specified in each individual promotion's terms.

Accounts found in breach of this clause will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions. play77 may offer time-limited promotional events aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day. Such promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to availability.
5.6 No Automatic Entitlement. The existence of a promotional offer on the Platform at any given time does not create an entitlement for any Player to receive that promotion. play77 retains the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without liability.
6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the play77 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. play77 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.
6.2 Odds and Markets. play77 offers betting markets across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports, and other disciplines. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
6.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the wager to win. If any single selection is void (e.g., a match is abandoned), the selection may be removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs will stand, subject to the specific parlay rules applied to that market.
6.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change. play77 reserves the right to suspend or void live betting markets at any time due to technical issues, match disruption, or data-feed failures. Bets confirmed before a market is suspended are honoured at the odds applicable at time of confirmation.
6.5 Void and Cancelled Events. In the event of a sporting fixture being cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton), all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
6.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within the information section of each game title. play77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.7 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply across all betting markets and game categories. Applicable limits will be communicated to Players via the Account interface or upon request to customer support.
7.1 Fraudulent Conduct. Players must not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing related betting, or other activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform or any game or event offered thereon.
7.2 Multiple Accounts. As stated in Clause 2.4, creating or operating more than one Account is strictly prohibited. This includes using different names, addresses, email addresses, or identity documents to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
7.3 Underage Access. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account, depositing Funds, or placing any wagers. Facilitating underage access — whether intentionally or negligently — may result in legal liability.
7.4 Use of Bots or Automated Software. The use of bots, automated betting software, AI-driven wagering tools, or any program designed to place bets without human intervention is strictly prohibited. Detection of such software will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
7.5 Money Laundering. play77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Indonesian regulatory authorities. Players found to be using the Platform for money laundering purposes will have their Accounts frozen and all Funds confiscated.
7.6 Abusive Behavior. Players must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward other Players, customer support staff, or any play77 representative. Violation of this clause may result in permanent Account closure.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the play77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, game software, data compilations, and underlying code — is the property of play77 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from play77.
8.3 Trademarks. "play77" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Indonesian law.
9.1 Service Availability. play77 strives to maintain a platform uptime of 99.2% or greater. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet infrastructure issues, government-imposed internet shutdowns, and public emergencies). play77 is not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
9.2 No Warranty. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, play77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if play77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of Funds you deposited into your Account during the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Content. play77 integrates game content from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. play77 is not responsible for the accuracy, functionality, or fairness of third-party game software, although all providers are selected based on their licensing and RNG certification credentials.

10.1 Termination by Player. You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting play77 customer support. 10.2 Termination by play77. play77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Common grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, provision of false information during registration or KYC, engagement in prohibited activities (Clause 7), or at the request of a regulatory authority.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. play77 will process any pending withdrawal requests for verified Accounts in good standing. Funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of Terms will be forfeited. play77 will retain transaction records as required by Indonesian financial regulations.
10.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months may be classified as dormant. play77 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month for dormant account maintenance, deducted from the Account balance. Players will be notified via registered email address before any fees are applied.
11.1 Right to Amend. play77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in Indonesian law, regulatory requirements, operational practices, or service offerings.
11.2 Notification. When material changes are made to these Terms, play77 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and will display a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
11.3 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 10.1.
11.4 Version Control. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions. play77 will maintain an archive of previous Terms versions for reference purposes.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the play77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which play77 operates under its international gaming licence. Where applicable, references to Indonesian market conditions, payment methods, and cultural context are provided for Player convenience and do not imply submission to Indonesian domestic law.

12.3 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in play77's operating licence. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against play77.
12.5 Limitation Period. Any claim or cause of action arising under these Terms must be filed within one (1) year from the date on which the claim or cause of action arose, failing which the claim shall be permanently barred.
